Quick Start

1. Use Notion search to locate the user's project area and MRD documents.
2. Fetch candidate MRD pages before extracting or writing anything.
3. Read references/notion-ssd-workflow.md for the full operating rules.
4. Extract new ideas, group them by project and product theme, then find an existing PRD.
5. Create a PRD only when no suitable PRD exists for that project.
6. Update existing PRDs incrementally and preserve links back to the source MRD ideas.
7. When a PRD is concrete enough, continue through SSD: Spec -> Synthesis -> Delivery.

Tool Guardrails

• Prefer the Notion app tools for search, fetch, page creation, and updates.
• If a Notion write tool is unavailable, output a structured change proposal instead of pretending the write happened.
• Search first, fetch second, write last.
• Do not create duplicate PRDs when a project already has a PRD-like page.
• If several project, MRD, or PRD pages match, report the ambiguity and stop before writing.
• Keep each run idempotent: update existing pages and change logs rather than recreating artifacts.

Output Expectations

At the end of each run, report:

• Projects and MRDs scanned.
• Ideas extracted or ignored.
